Our "Unlimited" plans are intended for website hosting. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
All services must be paid in advance. For annual plans, invoices are issued 14 days before expiry. Failure to pay within 3 days of the due date will result in service suspension. Accounts unpaid for 30 days will be terminated.
New hosting accounts are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase if you are unsatisfied. Please note that Domain Registrations, SSL Certificates, and VPS services are non-refundable as they are third-party costs.
While we take daily automated backups, customers are ultimately responsible for maintaining their own off-site backups. Sri Lanka Web Hosting is not liable for data loss under any circumstances.
We offer a 100% Uptime SLA. If our network availability drops below 99.9% in a given month (excluding scheduled maintenance), you may request a credit for the affected period.
